This christening, inspired by the thrilling world of Formula 1, was designed by Anna-Maria Rogdaki and the Rogdaki Events team to combine the adrenaline of the racetrack with the tenderness of a family celebration.
A concept full of energy, vibrant colors, and playful details — transforming the space into a chic, joyful, and character-filled racing scene.

The Concept

Rogdaki Events was invited to design a christening that would stand out for its strong concept — the world of Formula 1 and the excitement of racing.
The aim was to blend childlike wonder with refined design, capturing the energy of the track while preserving the brand’s signature elegance and balance.

The approach was built on the belief that even a dynamic, bold theme can become stylish and refined when handled with creativity and aesthetic sensitivity.

The Inspiration

The inspiration came from the classic symbols of Formula 1 — checkered flags, red accents, wheels, and steering motifs — all reinterpreted through a modern, playful, and minimalist lens.
The color palette revolved around white, red, and black, with subtle metallic touches reminiscent of a car’s glossy finish.

The moodboard merged childlike imagination with sophisticated design, creating a world tailor-made for the little star of the day — full of rhythm, light, and joyful energy.

The Decoration

From the very entrance, guests were immersed in the theme. Signs, flags, numbers, and Formula 1 symbols were paired with elegant touches that expressed both creativity and refinement.

The focal point of the decoration was an impressive racetrack-inspired backdrop, featuring the child’s name in 3D letters surrounded by a cascade of balloons in red, black, and white tones.

Every table detail, every favor, and every photo corner was designed to offer a perfect photographic moment — exactly as the family had envisioned. The entire setup radiated motion, joy, and seamless aesthetic harmony.

The Details that Make the Difference

The atmosphere at Poco Poco was simply delightful, with the sound of the waves blending harmoniously with the pulse of Formula 1. Every single detail had a purpose. The playful elements — miniature cars, flags, and race signs — were all handcrafted with care and creativity. Each piece was designed to fit seamlessly into the overall concept of the christening, maintaining its joyful spirit without losing its refined character.

The christening table featured white floral arrangements with subtle red accents, adding balance and vibrancy to the setting. The choice of materials and colors followed the racing aesthetic, yet with a softer, more elegant, and child-friendly approach.

The sweets and candy bar carried the same theme — shaped like wheels, steering wheels, and small racing symbols — details that captivated both children and adults. The highlight of the evening was the show-stopping cake, which drew everyone’s attention. It was a true masterpiece that reflected the imagination and personality of designer Anna-Maria Rogdaki, who curated every single detail.
