1. Introduction
Welcome to ROGDAKI EVENTS.
ROGDAKI EVENTS is a commercial brand operated by R EVENTS P.C. (R EVENTS Ι.Κ.Ε.), a private company incorporated and registered in Greece, specialising in wedding planning, event design, management and coordination.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our website, www.rogdaki.com, and provide general information regarding our professional services, booking procedures and business practices.
The specific services, financial arrangements, responsibilities and obligations applicable to each wedding or event are established through a separate written agreement between the Client and R EVENTS P.C.
These Terms do not replace an individually agreed professional services contract or automatically amend any existing contract.
Use of the website alone does not constitute the conclusion of a professional services agreement or create an obligation to purchase our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.
2. Our Professional Services
ROGDAKI EVENTS provides individually tailored planning, creative and coordination services for weddings, destination weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and other special occasions.
Depending on the Client's requirements, our services may include:
- Full wedding and event planning.
- Partial planning and consultancy.
- Wedding-day and event-day coordination.
- Venue research and selection assistance.
- Event design and creative direction.
- Concept development and styling.
- Supplier research, recommendations and coordination.
- Budget planning and monitoring.
- Event production and logistical coordination.
- Guest experience and hospitality coordination.
- Planning and coordination of additional celebrations and related events.
All services are subject to individual assessment, availability and written agreement.
The description of a service on our website does not mean that it is automatically included in every package or engagement.
The agreed scope of services, deliverables, staffing arrangements, responsibilities and service period are specified in the relevant proposal and professional services agreement.
ROGDAKI EVENTS undertakes to provide its agreed services with reasonable professional care, skill and diligence.
3. Enquiries, Proposals & Booking Confirmation
Enquiries submitted through our website, email, telephone, social media or other communication channels do not constitute confirmed bookings.
Following an initial consultation and assessment of the proposed event, ROGDAKI EVENTS may provide a personalised proposal outlining the recommended services, scope of work, professional fees and relevant conditions.
Proposals are subject to availability and to any stated validity period.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a booking is confirmed once the applicable written agreement has been accepted by the parties and the required initial booking payment has been received.
Until confirmation, ROGDAKI EVENTS is not obliged to reserve any particular date, period or professional capacity.
Where an event is scheduled to take place within an agreed period rather than on an exact confirmed date, the parties may reserve ROGDAKI EVENTS' services for that period through their written agreement.
Confirmation of the exact event date within the originally agreed period does not, by itself, constitute postponement or rescheduling.
Any specific scheduling or staffing conditions will be established in the individual agreement.
4. Professional Fees, Payments & Expenses
ROGDAKI EVENTS provides customised professional services rather than a single standard package or publicly fixed fee.
Professional fees are determined individually according to the type of services requested, the scope of work, event location, complexity, duration and specific requirements.
Before the Client enters into a binding agreement, the applicable professional fees, taxes, payment schedule and any additional charges will be communicated.
Where a final price cannot reasonably be established in advance, the applicable method of calculation will be explained as required by law.
Unless expressly included in the written proposal, professional planning fees do not include third-party expenses such as venue hire, catering, floral arrangements, photography, cinematography, entertainment, technical production, furniture, rentals, transportation or accommodation.
Additional services, travel expenses, accommodation, site visits, staffing or operational requirements outside the agreed scope may incur supplementary charges, subject to the required prior approval.
Payments must be made in accordance with the applicable written agreement and through legally permitted payment methods.
Any payment-method charges will comply with applicable legislation, and no surcharge prohibited by law will be imposed.
5. Booking Payments & Reservation of Services
An initial booking payment may be required to confirm an engagement and reserve the agreed professional services and planning capacity of ROGDAKI EVENTS.
The amount, purpose, payment deadline, treatment and applicable refund conditions of the booking payment will be specified in the individual agreement.
Depending on the agreement, booking payments may form part of the overall professional fee.
Where an engagement is cancelled, the treatment of payments may take into account services already performed, reasonable commitments and losses arising from the cancellation, to the extent permitted by law.
Any cancellation charges or restrictions on refunds must be clearly communicated to the Client before the Client becomes contractually bound.
Nothing in these Terms permits the retention of payments where reimbursement is required by mandatory law.
6. Independent Vendors & Third-Party Services
ROGDAKI EVENTS works with independent professional suppliers, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, cinematographers, entertainers, production companies, transportation providers and other event specialists.
Our services may include researching, recommending, introducing, evaluating and coordinating such suppliers.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, contracts for third-party goods or services are entered into directly between the Client and the relevant supplier.
Where the Client contracts directly with a supplier, that supplier remains responsible for fulfilling its own contractual obligations, including the products and services provided, invoicing, delivery and performance.
ROGDAKI EVENTS is not automatically a contractual party to agreements concluded directly between Clients and independent suppliers.
The Client normally retains final approval over the selection of suppliers, quotations and contractual commitments, unless a different arrangement is expressly authorised in writing.
Where a Client appoints suppliers independently, ROGDAKI EVENTS may request the information reasonably necessary to coordinate their participation.
If an independent supplier becomes unavailable, withdraws or fails to perform, ROGDAKI EVENTS may assist in identifying alternative arrangements where reasonably practicable.
Alternative suppliers may offer different pricing, availability or contractual conditions.
Where expressly authorised in writing, ROGDAKI EVENTS may facilitate payments or arrangements on behalf of a Client, within the scope of that authorisation.
Where ROGDAKI EVENTS contracts in its own name to provide or resell particular goods or services, its contractual responsibilities will be determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
ROGDAKI EVENTS may maintain professional or commercial relationships with independent suppliers. Any disclosures required by applicable law will be made.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for ROGDAKI EVENTS' own contractual obligations, negligence or other legally actionable conduct.
7. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation
Effective event planning requires timely communication, accurate information and cooperation between the parties.
Clients are expected to provide complete and accurate information concerning their event requirements, preferences, schedules and relevant arrangements.
Clients should notify ROGDAKI EVENTS promptly of significant changes and provide requested decisions, approvals, documents and information within agreed or reasonable timeframes.
Clients are responsible for fulfilling their own contractual obligations to independently appointed suppliers, including applicable payments and approvals.
Delays in providing necessary information, instructions or payments may affect supplier availability, planning schedules or the delivery of agreed services.
ROGDAKI EVENTS will use reasonable efforts to communicate material consequences of such delays.
Where multiple individuals are involved in decision-making, the parties may establish authorised representatives and written approval procedures.
8. Additional Services & Changes to Scope
The professional services provided by ROGDAKI EVENTS are based on the agreed scope of work.
Requests involving substantial changes to event arrangements, additional celebrations, expanded guest requirements, major design revisions, additional supplier research, extra site visits or other services beyond the original agreement may require additional work and resources.
Where a requested service falls outside the agreed scope, ROGDAKI EVENTS may provide a supplementary quotation or propose an amendment to the existing agreement.
Any material additional professional fee or expense shall be communicated and approved in advance in accordance with the applicable agreement.
ROGDAKI EVENTS may reasonably decline requests that cannot be accommodated due to availability, operational limitations, insufficient preparation time or safety considerations.
No provision in these Terms authorises the unilateral imposition of unspecified additional charges.
9. Event Date Changes & Postponements
Clients wishing to change the date, location or material arrangements of their event should notify ROGDAKI EVENTS in writing as early as reasonably possible.
Any proposed change is subject to the availability of the company, relevant personnel and independent suppliers.
Changes may result in additional planning requirements, supplier expenses or revised arrangements.
Any additional fees or material changes will be communicated and approved in accordance with the individual agreement.
Where a new event date or arrangement cannot be accommodated, the applicable contractual cancellation provisions and mandatory legal rights will determine the parties' respective obligations.
Where services have been reserved for a defined period without an exact event date, confirming a date within that period will not automatically be treated as a postponement.
10. Cancellations, Refunds & Termination
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to each professional engagement are established in the relevant written agreement and communicated before the Client becomes contractually bound.
Depending on the circumstances, cancellation arrangements may take account of services already performed, professional capacity reserved, reasonable financial commitments and losses arising from cancellation, insofar as permitted by law.
Clients wishing to cancel their engagement should submit written notification to [email protected].
ROGDAKI EVENTS may suspend or terminate services where legally justified, including in cases of material contractual breach, persistent non-payment following appropriate notice or circumstances making continued performance unlawful or unsafe.
The financial consequences of cancellation or termination, including any amounts payable or refundable, will be determined under the individual agreement and applicable law.
Any cancellation charges must be proportionate and legally enforceable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights.
11. Statutory Consumer Rights & Withdrawal
Clients qualifying as consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Certain contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises may be subject to a statutory right of withdrawal, generally within fourteen days, where that right applies.
The availability of the right of withdrawal, its conditions and any statutory exceptions depend on the nature and circumstances of the particular contract.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, ROGDAKI EVENTS will provide the legally required information and procedure before the Client becomes contractually bound.
Where the Client requests commencement of services during an applicable withdrawal period, the necessary express request, information and any lawful proportionate payment obligations will be handled according to the applicable legal requirements.
Contractual cancellation provisions do not override a statutory right of withdrawal.
12. Weather Conditions, Force Majeure & Event Safety
Weddings and events may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including exceptional weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, serious transportation disruption or other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances prevent or materially delay contractual performance, the affected party should notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable measures to mitigate the consequences.
ROGDAKI EVENTS may recommend suitable contingency arrangements, including alternative event spaces, schedule modifications, technical adjustments or other practical measures.
Material additional expenses will be communicated for approval in accordance with the relevant agreement, except where immediate action is legally necessary or has already been authorised.
The parties will seek reasonable alternative arrangements where practicable.
The legal and financial consequences of an event beyond the parties' control, including termination or refund rights, will be determined by the applicable agreement and law.
Ordinary adverse weather, foreseeable operational difficulties or the mere unavailability of a supplier do not automatically constitute force majeure.
ROGDAKI EVENTS is committed to maintaining a professional and safe environment for Clients, guests, employees and suppliers.
Threatening conduct, violence, harassment and serious interference with event safety will not be tolerated.
Where necessary, proportionate protective measures may be taken, including suspension of affected services where legally justified.
Independent venues and suppliers remain responsible for the safety, licensing and operational duties applicable to their activities.
13. Intellectual Property & Creative Materials
Original creative concepts, designs, presentations, planning documents, layouts, drawings, written content, event schedules and other original materials prepared by ROGDAKI EVENTS may be protected by intellectual property legislation.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the presentation or delivery of a proposal does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights belonging to ROGDAKI EVENTS or the relevant rights holder.
Clients may use and share materials to the extent authorised by their agreement, including where reasonably necessary for the organisation of their contracted event.
Any unauthorised reproduction, commercial exploitation or use of protected materials beyond the rights granted requires the relevant permission, except where permitted by law.
Photographs, cinematographic works, artwork and other materials created by independent professionals remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful consumer reviews, genuine complaints or other rights protected by applicable law.
14. Photography, Videography & Portfolio Use
ROGDAKI EVENTS may wish to feature selected photographs, videos and other material from events in its website portfolio, social media channels, publications and promotional activities.
Entering into a wedding or event planning agreement does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to publish identifiable photographs, videos or personal information relating to Clients, guests or children.
Where prior approval is required under the relevant agreement, the proposed material and intended public use will be submitted to the Client for express written approval before publication.
Any additional legal bases, rights or permissions required for other identifiable individuals, minors, photographers, cinematographers or copyright owners must also be respected.
Where consent is relied upon as the legal basis for processing personal data, the relevant rights under applicable legislation, including withdrawal of consent, remain applicable.
Specific arrangements may be established through a separate Media Release or the relevant professional services agreement.
15. Privacy, Personal Data & Communications
Personal data processed by R EVENTS P.C. in connection with the ROGDAKI EVENTS brand will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information concerning the purposes and legal bases of processing, categories of data, recipients, retention periods and individual rights is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with prior consent and an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.

17. Professional Responsibility & Liability
ROGDAKI EVENTS undertakes to exercise reasonable professional care, skill and diligence in performing its agreed services.
The company's responsibilities are determined by the applicable professional services agreement and mandatory law.
Where independent suppliers contract directly with Clients, those suppliers remain responsible for their own contractual performance.
ROGDAKI EVENTS is not responsible solely by virtue of recommending an independent supplier for matters outside its legally established responsibility.
However, ROGDAKI EVENTS remains responsible for its own contractual breaches, negligence and other acts or omissions for which liability arises under applicable law.
The company does not guarantee outcomes that depend entirely on circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed within a reasonable period.
Where applicable, consumers retain the right to approach competent consumer protection authorities or recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.
ROGDAKI EVENTS may amend these Terms to reflect changes in its website, business operations or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be made available on rogdaki.com with its effective date.
Changes to these website Terms do not automatically modify existing signed professional services agreements.
Any amendment to an existing agreement must comply with that agreement and applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
